Playhouse is a New York City gay nightlife hotspot and the first newly built gay bar in Greenwich Village in decades. In its short life it has firmly established itself as the place to be in NYC, focusing on world class entertainment, a fun atmosphere, and great drinks.
Bankhead Real Estate joined the project to assist the client and design team in finalizing a bid package for contractors and to assist in navigating a complex filing and approvals process. Following approvals and contractor selection, BRE acted as owner’s rep and project manager in overseeing all aspects of the project through construction and closeout.
