Actors’ Equity Association (“Equity”), founded in 1913, is the U.S. labor union that represents more than 50,000 Actors and Stage Managers. Dee Jay Bankhead has worked with Equity on a number of phases and projects in both New York and Los Angeles. Recently completed work includes a new waiting room, an updated way-finding and signage program, acoustic testing and selective renovation in Los Angeles.
Bankhead Real Estate served as project manager and owners representative on all aspects of the project; acting as main point of contact for all consultants, design team and contractor along with managing of day-to-day operations, the budget, cash flow and vendor accounts. BRE also assists Equity with ongoing property management.
