They have beautiful dental studios across New York City, near where their patients work and live. By turning dental visits into an experience their patients actually look forward to, their goal is to improve oral health.
As part of brand rollout and launch, Bankhead Real Estate assisted the founding members of the Tend brand to successful navigate and realize a NYC real estate presence. BRE provided services and consulting to evaluate new locations, develop budgets and schedules, assemble team members, and provide ongoing project management of the design and construction teams along with engagement and coordination with brokers, legal counsel, landlords and specialty vendors. BRE assisted the brand in the evaluation of approximately ten NYC locations: five of which are currently nearing completion or already open, with multiple locations immediately following the initial launch.
